seen gp got all meds he has had the fax from shrink no increase in meds staying same had to chase cpn was not happy told her she said he told her he would and send info to gp which i knew as cpn told me seeing her next week going to read and get a copy of the letter looks like i am going to be the go between again well i am not made that clear to gp the gp says cpn needs to commuicate with him same old thing she says not gp says yes well if he that fussy why cant he do what he said and phone them i give up a long time ago if nothing gets done tough not intrested anymore cpn wished me happy new year and went on about the gym not been weather been bad and not felt like it still dont she said maybe i can go after seen her what part of not intrested in gym does she not understand told her all i want to do is be left alone and shut my self away and hide

glad you do have some support out there, please don't go and hide, you need as much help as you can get. are you glad you have more medication? x

not got any meds shrink not done it not got much support to be honest i just cope my way and if hiding and not being around people i will continue to do it because no one cares as long as i go to my appointments with gp and cpn and any other its fine

not really beth they do not listen so no point tried to complain and go no where the added stress makes me worse so not going to bother chasing anyone anymore

Well this seems to be an ongoing thing... You need to decide if you want to leave it or not. I think you need help... and if I was you, I'd seriously consider pushing to get the help you need. This thing comes under the the type of law that's highly specialist. Its called Community Care Law. I would contact an expert and ask for help... This should be free of charge. You have letters. Take them with you and explain your concerns. You can also take a family member to help you. I believe you have a very good case. They have now had enough time to put the support in you need. Just remember Trace the squeaky wheel always gets the oil. It's time to start squeaking !!! If you have trouble finding a Community Care Solicitor just let me know. Good luck hun! P.S. You said the stress makes you worse! Well a good Solicitor will deal with everything! So you wont need to mess about with these people! Just leave it to the experts. They will find an independent person to do fresh assessments if need be. I hope that this will help to get you the help you need. Best Wishes...

seeing cpn on weds so will see how it goes not hoping for a good appointment but shall see just feel best to cope my way and alone did it before can again

seen gp weds got the meds i needed for something else he was very understanding he wants me to see neuro again weds he said we take next step after seen neuro meaning anti depressants heard all that before so going to wait and see

cpn

saw cpn weds she cant understand why pdoc not done increase in meds she told me to phone up his secratary for a copy of the letter i will do that monday discussed my moods bpd moods which i can be fine then not over they day but also having weeks of lows and weeks of manics she said its something i have to live with she harped on about the gym still not been still not feeling like it she will see me in two weeks
