I'm a friend of Beth. I am on many forums and have been dealing with mental health for a long time. I'm sorry I have a wicked sense of humour and enjoy helping others.

I have lived in Tewkesbury, Bristol & now Gloucester. I hope that you will become a friend, as I don't know anyone else here!!!! Wink I often have CRAZY ideas... but they often work!!! Often even I'm amazed!!!!

Please feel free to pick my brains. (If you can find them!!) I'm always happy to help! I look forward to getting to know you all better.
